Joseph Al Haddad is a learning and development consultant who has been in the learning industry for more than 14 years. He is also a certified Emotional Intelligence Assessor and Practitioner. He has worked supported learning functions within different industries which include aviation, healthcare, banking and telecom. He is a certified Life coach and uses data and scientific based assessments to support different teams and organizations in identifying gaps. Joseph believes working using data serves as a great tool to build a clear pathway from current to future vision.
